I offer walk & talk sessions on the public trails outside my Herndon office as well as on the porch.

For some people, sitting in an office can actually make it harder to open up. If you think and feel best while moving, walk & talk therapy can be a grounding, calming alternative to traditional in-office sessions.

• Consultation services begin at $100 per hour. Student rates are available.

• I offer peer consultation for fellow mental health professionals — I do not provide LPC supervision at this time.
