I offer online therapy (tele-health) sessions using a secure, encrypted platform. You will receive a unique link before each online session. Session fees are the same whether we meet online or in person!

Yes! I love providing the option to do in-person therapy. I am typically in my Herndon office Monday through Friday. I offer tele-health for Virginia residents throughout the week.

My fee is $175 per session hour.
Some low fee / sliding scale spots are available, although space is limited.
I am currently out-of-network with all insurance companies. I can provide superbills upon client request for possible reimbursement. I do not submit superbills or coordinate care with insurance companies.

Before your first appointment, you will fill out some intake paperwork that will help me learn a bit about what brings you to therapy. During our first session, we can start wherever you feel most comfortable -- my intake sessions are conversational, focusing on building trust and safety.

Research shows that most clients can see progress towards their therapy goals in 6-8 weekly sessions. The length of treatment depends on each client and their individual needs; we can discuss this together!
